Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Image SEO King at imageseoking.net (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Image SEO King optimizes images and writes SEO metadata (EXIF, IPTC, XMP, keywords, GPS) into them, including optional AI-generated titles, descriptions, alt text and keywords. Features and usage limits depend on your plan.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that you do not have the rights to process.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, overload or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Do not use the Service to generate misleading metadata for deceptive purposes.

4. Your content and rights

You retain all ownership of the images you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your images solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it for advertising.

5. Plans, credits and billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Image credits reset each billing period and do not roll over unless stated.
• Prices and features may change; we will give reasonable notice of material changes.
• Payments are handled by our providers (Whop, cryptocurrency and bank transfer). You authorize the applicable charges when you subscribe.

6. Refunds and cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. Bank-transfer and crypto payments are subject to manual review.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by Image SEO King and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or code except the right to use the Service as intended.

8. Availability and disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI-generated metadata will be perfectly accurate — you are responsible for reviewing output before publishing it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Image SEO King will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a security or legal risk. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
