This Privacy Policy explains how Image SEO King ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects your information when you use imageseoking.net and our related services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email address and password (stored hashed) when you register.
• Images and metadata — the images you upload or import for optimization, and the metadata we read from or write to them (EXIF, IPTC, XMP, keywords, GPS).
• Billing information — plan, invoices and payment status. Card and payment details are handled by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage data — log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and actions taken, used to operate and secure the Service.

2. How we use your information

• To provide the Service — process, optimize and tag your images and deliver the results.
• To manage your account, subscription and billing.
• To improve, secure and troubleshoot the Service.
• To send transactional emails (verification, receipts, support replies). We do not sell your data.

3. Image processing and retention

Images you upload are processed to generate optimized files and metadata. On plans without a cloud image library, files are processed and made available for download, then automatically deleted according to your plan's retention period (as short as 1 day). On the Enterprise plan, images are retained in your private library until you delete them. Deleted files are removed from our active storage.

4. AI processing

When you use AI metadata generation, a downscaled copy of your image is sent to our edge-AI processing provider solely to produce a caption, title, description, alt text and keywords. The AI is instructed to describe only what is visibly present and not to retain your images for training.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party providers (such as Whop and cryptocurrency/bank-transfer processors). Your interactions with those providers are governed by their own privacy policies. We receive confirmation of payment status but not your full payment credentials.

6. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to secure form submissions (CSRF). We do not use advertising cookies. You can control cookies in your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies may break sign-in.

7. Sharing and disclosure

We share information only with service providers who help us run the Service (hosting, AI processing, payment processing, email delivery), under agreements that require them to protect your data. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights and users.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords and encrypted storage of sensitive credentials. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond promptly to any incident.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update most information from your dashboard, or contact us to exercise these rights.

10. International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
